A Prophetic Word – It’s Time to Come Out Of Famine. It’s Time to Enter into Bold Hope!

Paradigm Shift

The Revelation of ‘God’ Apart from Jesus is A Famine DIEt!

Therefore Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, Moses has NOT given you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven.  For the bread of God is the One coming out of heaven and giving Life to the world.”

Therefore they said to Him, “Sir, always give to us this bread.”

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of lifeThe one coming TO ME NEVER might go hungry ” ”                                                                                                                        John 6:32, 34-35a (v32, 34-Berean Lit.  Bible)

“For the ‘Law’ through Moses was given.                                            ‘Grace and Truth’ through Jesus Christ came to be!                 ‘God’ NO-ONE has seen any time!                                                      The only begotten Son, the One being in the bosom of the  Father, THAT ONE has declared Him! ”           John 1:17-18

The above two verses reveal this: “The only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, the One through Whom ‘Grace & Truth’ came to be, THAT Jesus has declared (the exact character & image of) God Whom NO ONE has ever seen.”

“Jesus tells him, … “The one having seen Me has seen the Father!” ”                                                                                                                      John14:9

Reviewing a journal entry I had written some time ago, the verse from out of Ruth 3 jotted there for some reason stirred my heart to open & read from the book of Ruth in the Hebrew text.  As I began reading the first verses of ch. 1, it was as a prophetic word being spoken from Father for right now … I was not expecting this at all.

In the days of the judging of the judges, there was a hunger (a famine) in the land.   And a man walked out-of the house of bread … to sojourn in the fields of Moab, he and his wife and his two sons.  And the name of the man, ‘Elimelech’  [‘My-God-is-King]. … And the name of his two sons, Mahlon & Chilyon’ [‘Sickly’ and ‘Pining’].  And they came to (the) fields of Moab.  And they were there (connotes “they remained there/they dwelt there”) …  And he died, Elimelech   … And they died also, (the) two of them,  ‘Sickly’ and ‘Pining’ [Mahlon and Chilyon].                                         Excrpt  frm  Ruth 1:1-5

For some time I’ve been hardly able to depart from this Word.  At the beginning for several weeks through out my work day Holy Spirit would explain from the scriptures what I believe He is saying concerning a famine, as it were, in the body of Christ at large.

.   I’m going to unravel from this His Word the intent of the finished work of the cross in and through us as His very body, His Person, here on earth, what it means to be living in the house of bread without a famine, so that we don’t ever have to walk out to another field, as it were, so as to die in our active believing and ongoing fresh hope of the gospel that is in us, rather that we have abundance even to give away.

.   All of this is also going to tie into what has been written concerning Caleb, in every Kairos written about him, through to the one previous to this blog.

.   In the weeks it has taken to write this, in seeking Father to hear more from His heart of Jesus as to this word, in the continual digging into His Word from the small nuggets He set in my heart to inquire into, there has been an uncovering, in this story of Ruth, that links to what has been decreed in the Kairos blogs concerning Caleb.

.   One of the words I did not write when Father first put on my heart concerning the theme for this year (that of “Not Refusing the Voice of the Blood) back in December was that He also put on my heart that this year was the “year of the dog”, and it was wholly related to Caleb, to the root definition of his name and to his bold bark to shut-up unbelief (Num.  13:30).

.   I had no idea then that Holy Spirit would be emphatically on this issue this year, but it’s something that in my Spirit, in my heart, He seems to be pressing with increasing emphasis.

.   This bold bark, if you will, through what I believe Holy Spirit of God has been decreeing, in my heart it seems with a stern urgency, is towards getting us to really give our attention to what means ‘the finished work of the cross’, the very adamant intention of Father God to have the WHOLE work of the New covenant – inaugurated by Jesus’s sacrificed blood on heaven’s Judgment Seat – be brought into full effect in our lives; and as fruit of this, evidenced “naturally” in our everyday speech, exactly as it was through Caleb’s lips … that we not let this truth slip out of our heart’s and mind’s grasp, but that we keep a guard, as it were, so this doesn’t escape (Pro 4:20-21 et al).

.   It is too easy, oftentimes, to get excited about what Holy Spirit is saying, and then completely forget the word, especially through the circumstances of”life”, and thus lose the benefit, the fruit, of His blessing through that Word (Lk.  8:6-7, 13-14).

.   He’s not after us knowing “what is the current Word of the LORD” if we are not changed from glory into increased glory by it; He’s not after tickling our ears or giving us another Spiritual high.  But if we will guard from loss this that He is planting into our hearts, He will, by tHis rhema-Living Word, transform us into the authority of the glory of our Resurrected, Throne-seated Jesus.

.   The circumstances of life will not overcome us; rather, the gospel of the finished work of Jesus’s cross will boldly declare and reign through us to overcome life’s circumstances (Rom.  5:17b).  Because the fullness of the Word of the finished work of the cross is always “Bread”, the Bread of Life, life-ing us daily as a working of His Spirit in us, confirming in us and through us the testimony of the Spirit and Blood of that glorious day Jesus was crucified, having, through the cross, stripped satan of the authority and power of sin  and sin’s ramifications over us.  (Jhn. 6:48-51; Lk. 22:19; Col. 2:13-15).

.   And His Resurrection – the exertion of the power of our God to forever raise Jesus from out of among the dead – and then His Ascension to the right hand of God, forever confirmed that stripping for our complete redemption, with Father’s intended purpose to set a solid foundation of faith, hope, and love – Jesus’ s – into our hearts, into the fiber of who we are, so as to fully come into the riches of the glory of the inheritance that is ours in Jesus, an exceeding abundance that we can’t help but give away through the force of “faith thru love working” to a hungry world. (Eph. 1:17-22; 3:16-20; Gal. 5:6).

The impact of this WILL affect the world around us. (II Cor.  4:6-7; 5:17-20a)

.   The Father’s heart in this Kairos word, Beloved, is to bring us into and establish us in bold hope.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, Who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again into a Living Hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from out of the dead, unto (and) into an inheritance … ”              I Peter 1:3-4a

.   It is to actively move us out of a passivity in our spirits, so as to move us into a grace-gifted higher level of believing Jesus {“from faith into faith” – Rom. 1:17}, that is, a greater place, in our faith, of confident trust than from the position in which we have been.

.   Why?

.   … so as to see increasingly, (and I believe, exponentially,) the actual manifestation of the things for which we have both prayed and sometimes groaned from a place too deep for words, the manifestation of Kingdom realities NOW – in this life for this life.

.   All this in order to cause us to enter FULLY unto and into an inheritance that was paid for by Jesus’s blood!  (Mk. 11:24: Jhn. 14:13-14) … where there can NEVER be lack, of the bread of heaven or of Praise to our Awesome God!

.   Please do NOT read this wrongly, Precious one.  This is not about becoming ‘Super Saints’ and stepping over those weak in faith.  Neither is this about disqualifying yourself because of seeing the past, or even present, weaknesses or seeming failures of your own faith.

“Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with His hand.”                      Psalms 37:24 (KJV)

“Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do; forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.                                                                                                                                          Philippians 3:13-14 (NASB)

Rather it is about letting the work of the cross of Christ, through His Holy Spirit in us, strip off of us the lies from the stuff of life, the complexities of this age even, (anything that is the working of unbelief – Heb.  ch. 3, & 9:14) which causes us to talk ourselves out of the promises of God through “logical reasonings”.

.   It is about letting the Voice of the Blood of Jesus nullify forever any nagging guilt & condemnation that actually stems from the voice of the Old Covenant of Law having been mistakenly given an alleged equal right and authority into the Covenant of Amazing Grace of the “It is finished” work of Jesus’s sacrifice (Rom. 8:2-4; Eph.  2:13-15a; Col. 2:13-15).

.   For all of that has been relentless, ‘wearing-out-the-saints’ strategies of satan to keep us from a revelation of our Kingdom sonship/our Kingdom daughtership joint-heir status with our Savior, King Jesus.

.   Father’s heart, through the Speaking Blood of Jesus towards us & His Dwelling Holy Spirit in us, is to reset into us utter childlike faith, a complete confidence in His Word   …  Selah  …  A complete confidence in what He absolutely means, “It  is  finished!”

.   For in such child-like confidence in our Heavenly Father, in our Awesome LORD Jesus, is the place of the living/working authority of His Kingdom through us on earth exactly as it is in heaven!  …  yes, with miracles, signs, and wonders as the very Person of Jesus, Resurrected Throne-seated Jesus, on earth now  …  EXACTLY as it is in heaven!

Take a breather, Beloved!  Let what has been said above sink for a bit; meditate on the foundation laid so that when you continue, you will have ears to hear, and not be overwhelmed by the volume.

Part 1

“And it came to be, in the days of (the) judging of (the) judges, there was a famine in the land.  And a man walked from [out of] the house of bread [Bethlehem] of Judah [of Praise] to dwell in the fields of Moab (of another father).  And (the) name of the man,  ‘My-God-is-King’ [Elimelech]. … And (the) name of his two sons,  ‘Sickly’ [Mahlon] and Pining [like ‘pining away’ – Chilyon], Ephrathites [people of Fruitfulness], from the house of bread, of Praise [from Bethlehem of Judah].  And they came to the fields of Moab;  and they were there (they remained there).   And he died, Elimelech, husband of Naomi.  …  And they died also, (the) two of them, Sickly [Mahlon] and Pining [Chilyon].        Excrpt  frm  Ruth 1:1-5

The very first sentence of Ruth 1 reveals the reason for the famine:  “… in the days of judging there was a famine [lit. alsoa hunger].”   The names given the two sons of Elimelech and Naomi bear witness to this:  Mahlon – Sickly, & Chilyon – (hopeless) Pining.”

.   The action of this man to take his family out of the land of famine, where there was supposed to be abundant bread, health and hope, fruitfulness, and praise to the LORD, reveal just how far the people had strayed from the blessing of inherited Divine promise, that which the LORD God, through Joshua, (their prophetic Jesus), had set as a cornerstone when they’d first entered into promised inheritance …  (through the baptism crossing of the Jordan, the circumcision cojoined with the very 1st Passover inside their inheritance, and their subsequent possessing of that promised rest). (Josh. 5; Mk. 1:9-11; I Cor.  5:7b; Col. 2:11-12).

.   The account of the book of Ruth takes place most probably towards the beginning of the days of the Book ofJudges, not many years after Othniel, the first judge in the book of Judges.

.   In digging into the opening words of Ruth 1:1, “In the days of the judging of the judges … “ Father caused me to see what I had not seen or known before.

.   A number of O. T.  books are named in Hebrew, in the Tanakh, by one of the very first words of that writing, that is, from ch.  1:1.  But not so with the book of Judges, which has the exact same name in Hebrew as we see in English.

.   The first time the word for Judge is used in the book of Judges is in ch. 2:16… after Joshua (Jesus) is out of the picture and no longer in the hearts and minds of the people.  (Are you listening, Beloved ?)

.   The people forsake the LORD, do evil, and, for the next however many years, ride a roller coaster of falling into sin and then revival … via judges.  The atmosphere, thus, for knowing YHVH, the LORD their God, was reduced, as it were, to an atmosphere of “judgment” in order for there to be a sort of righteousness.

.   Their only pursuit of Him came about when they were under judgment because of sin and needed help out of the resultant oppression.  ‘God’ throughout the book of Judges, is equated with Judgement … and hardly anything else.

.   There is an attempt, in (present) teaching & preaching, to unveil the true nature & character of God that has been, in all truth, Mosaic Old Covenant understanding.

.   While the Old Covenant does reveal aspects of ‘God’,  it is fragmentary at best, yet does not declare Him, because the Fullness of Who He is, in all that is the exact image and radiance of “Grace and Truth”, does not come to be whatsoever in the Law.

“God, having spoken in former times in fragmentary and varied fashion to our forefathers by the prophets, “.      Hebrews 1:1 (ISV)

‘God’ NO-ONE has seen any time!                                                                 The only begotten Son, the One being in the bosom of the  Father, THAT ONE has declared Him! ”                                              John 1:18

The Law is not an unveil-er of ‘God’, so people really misconstrue the nature of God in trying to see Who He is through only the lens of whatever their understanding is of the Old Testament.  Consequently, trying to feed of the bread of heaven this way is actually a famine diet.

Here is what we must understand concerning the Law.  Paul writes in Galatians 3:12 that the Law is not of faith.  The writer of Hebrews, in ch 11:6, writes that it is impossible to please God apart from faith.  We know from the curses decreed through Moses in Deut. 28:15ff, & from what Paul writes in Rom. 3:19, et al, that the Law sets people under judgment, under wrath, because it doesn’t unveil ‘God’ so as to behold Him and thus be changed by Him (see II Cor. 3:14b).

.   The ‘Law’ is not a mirror to God, rather is a mirror to us. … to a detailed knowledge OUR SIN-(Rom. 3:20b).  How can we behold a true view of ‘God’ in that which shows us us, not Him?

.   Paul writes, in I Cor.  15:56, that ‘Sin’ gets its ability, its power, through the Law.  And in Rom. 7 he describes how through the Law, that is, the knowledge of the Law, ‘Sin’ becomes utterly sinful.

.    Through the Law, then, ‘Sin’ in the flesh, taking advantage of the Law, is activated, or given power, to reign alive in us.

.  Hence, ‘Sin’, thus taking advantage and becoming alive, sets us into an inevitable confrontation with God … as ‘Judge’ alone …  towards a fearful expectation of judgment (of punishment)

.   The mixture, of Law and Grace is, in truth, causing us to see ‘God’ through our Old Testament understanding of Him… as ‘Judge’ … alone!

.   A true Living Hope, where there is a naked standing before Him in peace, with absolutely no sense of condemnation whatsoever, cannot come to be when this is our heart’s believed reality.

.     Thus faith cannot be a flowing Gracing from Him, from God our Father, from the Throne of Grace (where He sits as One with Jesus).

.   The mixture of Law with Grace skews Jesus’s presented Blood on that Judgment seat that is now and forever our Mercy Seat.  Law consciousness keeps us in sin consciousness, thus inhibiting our “from glory into glory” life in Christ.  Because the Law, activating sin, causes us to believe we always are somehow coming short of God’s glory.  (Heb.  11:1a; Rom. 3:23)

Do you see, Beloved, why the mixture of Law with Grace does not work as a braided cord?

.   The mixture to try to unveil Holy God through the Law AND Grace wars against any growing in augmenting faith and glory.  There is an ongoing conflict in our souls, an ongoing “Sin” consciousness mixing because of the voice of the Law being given place with the New Covenant of Grace that is through Jesus’s blood, (which declares we’re dead to sin so we’re not under Law’s voice – its authority and power – ever again).

.   How can we give clear ear to the Voice of the Blood, which declares our righteousness through Jesus having fulfilled every jot & tittle of the Law and through His having loosed us through His shed blood from the power of sin that got its activation through the Law, and then set ourselves back under the voice of the Law again (especially when we blow it) in trying to silence nagging condemnation or the being “guilted” towards “Holiness” for not appearing to be doing what some voice says we ought to be doing as “holy” Christians? (Sorry y’all; that is a long sentence… But if you read through it several times, Holy Spirit will cause it to ‘click’.)

.   Paul says, in Gal. 3:24-25, that the Law was our tutor to Christ, but that now we’re NO LONGER under that tutor; we don’t need to give ear to the voice of that tutor ever again

.   Are you listening, Precious Saint?

.   The inner war we have allowed & maintained in our believing nagging seeds doubt in the true Goodness of God for this life … there is no actual grace for bold, Caleb-like believing towards true present inheritance of His Kingdom NOW.

In other words, the mixture, of Law – which is NOT of faith and so the soul under this CANNOT please God – and Grace – which IS of faith, & through which is promised inheritance inherited – this mixture forever maintains “littleness of faith”, even unbelief.

…   Selah  …

It never hears clearly, nor sees clearly past “Sin” consciousness, past God still looking for sin in our lives.  Instead of singleness of eye upon our glorious Redeemer Jesus, instead of singleness of ear to hear the Voice of His blood declaring our righteousness and peace towards God, the mixture keeps us double minded, to keep introspecting for where we might have (allegedly) missed Jesus’s blood cleansing to need more forgiveness.

.   It never sees the completeness of His forgiveness, of His cleansing of every single sin of our entire life. (Heb. 10:12-18).

.   It never sees how full is our redemption, our having been wholly loosed from that slavery forever through the redemption price of every drop of His blood from the Law of sin and the Law of Moses, even the very requirements demanded by the Law.

.   It therefore primarily and predominantly beholds, from the secret place of the heart, ‘God’ as “Judge”.

.   The fear of judgment, the voice of Law’s finger pointing condemnation, is a greater reality to most people than is the voice of Abba Father’s lovingkindness in the crazy amazing Grace via His own willing offering sacrifice of His Son to spill His blood as the most perfect, once for all for all time, cleansing redemption eternally possible.

.    The mixture maintained can (and has often done so) drive precious saints from out of the house of Bread … because they are being fed desert manna, the bread of Moses, and starving for the revelation of the ripped veil/no-condemnation-ever access already made available with Jesus’s last breath on the cross.

.   Here is the fruit, Beloved, of this allowed & maintained Law and Grace mixture:  You, Precious Saint, ARE what you behold consistently of God!

.   If you behold your Maker as primarily & firstly ‘a Judge’, One who is always looking to point out your sins, you become a judge … a finger pointer..  However you behold God towards you, this is what you are towards others … towards sinners AND towards fellow believers.

.   This is part of what came to me as I read Ruth1:1.  This is why we have so much Mahlon and Chilyon / Sickly-ness & Pining Hopelessness, in the church.  Too many of God’s people have become judges, finger pointers, accusers.  And instead of unveiling the awesome Mercy and Grace of God through the fullness of His judgment of ALL of us in the very sacrifice of His own Son to the cross, too many have tried to unveil “God” and His “Holy” nature to the world AND to one another through the Mosaic Law.

.   But the Mosaic manna, Beloved, is not the bread of heaven.

” … Jesus said to them,  “Truly, truly, I say to you, Moses has NOT given you the bread from heaven.   … Your fathers ate the bread in the wilderness AND DIED.” ”                                             John 6:32, 49

God, without question, wholly loves righteousness AND EQUALLY hates lawlessness (Ps. 45:6-7a).  And Yes, He is a Judge against all that is Lawlessness.  It was for THIS reason that His most severe judgement, in all of scripture and for all time, was fully poured out onto one Man for the whole world, … as a Mercy, as a Grace-truth of exactly how much Holy God hates sin … and still loves sinners. (Heb. 1:9a, 2:9; Rom.  5:8; I Jhn.  2:2).

.   Some of the meanest words on earth, especially seen in social media, comes from believers.  Moreover, when the expectation and hope of Christians is for judgement to pour out … the same way as Jonah was hoping for, instead of God’s heart for mercy and not wanting to pour out judgement … this reveals we’re in a famine.

.   When accusation, finger pointing, fault finding is the norm, it reveals we’re not feeding continually, not feeding consistently, from of the True Bread of heaven, from of the judgment of the finished work of Jesus’s Cross.

.   We have forgotten, Precious One, how good, have not even wholly conceived how great, is His Forgiveness  …  of us! (read the account leading to Jesus’s words of Lk. 7:47)

.   When hopelessness, fear, and/or pining capture our every day thinking, we might say we live in a place (or go to a church) that is supposed to be a House of bread, fruitfulness and praise, but we’re actually in a famine, eating, most especially through the week, from what does not give or sustain eternity in us through the finished work of the cross.

.   We have not properly discerned the LORD’s body, that is, all that is His received judgment – OUR judgement, … AND THE WORLD’S (I Cor.  11:29-30).  We consequently find then either ourselves or others feeding, too often, in other fields … that do not express the Grace and Truth of Who God really is (the news, empty movies, etc.).

.    I believe one of the evidences of famine in the church is in the non-existence … of private time with Jesus, with Father, in His Word and in daily communion with Him.  I believe a strong evidence of having left the House of Bread and feeding in the fields of Moab is witnessed by how much believers presently are consuming (& consequently being consumed, to the  point of killing true believing) the news.  The present mountain of hopelessness in this nation bears witness to this fact.

.   The mixture maintained in braided Law and Grace teaching does not allow people to see God our Father’s intention in having fulfilled AND having-finished the Law in the Life and willing sacrifice of Jesus on all our behalf … SO THAT WE COULD PROPERLY BEHOLD ‘GOD’ APART FROM ‘JUDGE’!

.   I know this is a radical, almost seemingly, to some, blasphemous statement.  But Holy Spirit reveals something IN the glorified Bride of Christ in Revelation 21 that bears witness to this.  And I think it’s going to shock some.

.   This word from Ruth1:1 needs to be understood, Beloved.  There is a reason, I believe, that Holy Spirit is pointing to this hunger famine of bread from heaven right now.

.   Father’s heart is towards correcting a wrong perception of Who He is as ‘God’ in truth, to the church and thus towards the world.

.   The  attempt for centuries to unveil “God” through the Old Covenant apart from, or in mixture with, the finished work of the cross of Christ, has cultivated and sustained a separation in the thinking & hearts of precious, precious believers between how God Almighty is and how Jesus is.

.  That is, ‘God’ is being seen, in the hearts of people and generations and tongues and nations, through all the judgments of the Old Testament utterly apart from His mercy that is actually there, versus the kindness of Jesus towards sinners in the gospels but apart from the realization that THIS is the pure picture of the very nature of Almighty God Himself! (Heb. 1:3).

.   It is a dichotomy that most people cannot justify in their minds.  So some write off ‘God’ as a mean maniac Who just might re-start the way they believe He was in the Old Testament.  (The world uses this excuse not to believe God is really kind or loving).

.   And Christians are confused, and also use this believed aspect of God’s nature to threaten the world … and one another … with inevitable, any moment, believed, even expectant, ‘ judgement’,  …  and yet personally not jump in with both feet whole heartedly into an honest unveiled heart relationship with this God of whom they themselves are really secretly afraid.

.    This in truth does not stem from a pure believed God heart of Love for them, rather from a fear that God is still going to judge them,

.     …     even though the gospel proclaims that He already judged them in Jesus at the cross, … , their judgement, borne by Jesus, is not actually really heart believed.

.   There is also a maintained fear of the darkness, a fear of the lost – the world –  around them, that seems to be getting darker and darker (confirmed, so they think, & enforced by the News {noise} media), … and rooted to a (large) degree in bad  … eschatology teaching.

“God did not send the Son into the world in order that He might judge the world, rather, in order that the world might be saved through Him.”                                                                                    John 3:17

” God… , in these last days spoke to us in a Son, … Who being (the) brightness [as the first bursting rays of the morning sun] of ‘Glory’,  and (the)  EXACT EXPRESSION / (the) VERY IMPRINT of His (God’s) nature                                                                   Hebrews  1:2-3a

therefore if anyone is in Christ, a new creation!  The old has passed away.  Behold, the new has come into being.  All this is from God, the (One) having reconciled us to Himself through Christ, AND having given to us the ministry of reconciliation – how that God was, in Christ, a world reconciling to Himself, NOT reckoning to them the trespasses of them, and having placed IN US the Word (Logos -see Jhn.  1:1) of reconciliation.                                                                                                                                                  II Corinthians 5:17-19

The bread we eat daily, whether it be desert manna, which is both Grace and Law mixture, or the true bread of heaven given by God Himself, which is the finished work of the cross of Christ, the finished, fulfilled-in-Christ requirements of the Law, which Sacrifice purely & rightly reflect exactly the character of ‘God’ (Rom. 3:21-26), determines the effectiveness through us, the very fruitfulness (Ephrathites) of us, of that ministry of Jesus now, the ministry of reconciliation described in detail by Paul above.

.   Jesus and the Father are one.  This can no longer be merely believed good theology.  It MUST become a cornerstone truth of our heart.  By that I mean, the exact expression of Jesus as He was among sinners, the pouring out of Himself, of the power and love of His Father through His teaching & healing & delivering precious lost people from the clutches of darkness’s power, all the while in this unveiling the exceeding awesome goodness of the God they thought they knew, declaring alas the never before seen EXACT nature of His Father, of ‘God’ (“Emmanuel” -“With us, God!”), this EXACT Grace and Truth revelation of God our God must become the Rock upon which we build our entire believing and life, so as to correctly let the world around us taste of this bread of heaven.

.   It is time to come out of famine, Beloved, to return to Bethlehem, as it were, to eat of the finished work of Jesus’s cross wholly and only.

.  It’s time to no longer see God as a finger pointer, rather to see and comprehend how fully He finger pointed each one of us -you and I – on Golgatha’s hill two thousand years ago, when His only begotten Son, hanging alive for six hours from the nails, naked, and marred more than any man, bearing every single man’s judgement, shame, and deserved wrath, was even here declaring the God no one has ever seen.

Part 2

The Spirit of Caleb, the link to coming out of Famine

And A Revelation Glory of the Bride of Christ

” … Caleb married Ephrath, who bore him Hur.

“These were the sons of Caleb.  The sons of Hur, (who was) the firstborn of Ephrathah (Ephrath – wife of Caleb), … Salma, the father of Bethlehem.                                                                                                    .                                                     I Chronicles 2:19b,50-51a (NASB)

Bethlehem Ephrathah was never to have come into a famine.  The bold, “full to follow YHVH” spirit of Caleb, in his set backbone to only feed upon and thus bark out from of the Grace Truth of the LORD’s favor upon them all as a people of God (Num. 13:30, 14:8), (all because of the power of God demonstrated back in Egypt through the sacrifice of the Lamb in that awesome Passover night  -Ex. 12-13), all of this was to have been the sustaining abundance of the Bread of Heaven in their possessed inheritance.

.   The believed Goodness of God, reminded in this people at the yearly Passover feast, was to have been the ongoing confession of Praise from their lips, through which ‘heart-believed confessed praise’ God cannot but help Grace-gift the abundance of His goodness (Eph. 2:8a; II Cor. 4:13 Ps. 145:1-16) .

From the fruit of his mouth a man’s belly is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied.                                                                                                                                         Proverbs 18:20 (Berean Study Bible)

The “Caleb” mentioned above is not the Caleb of Numbers 13, but still is a distant relative, of the same tribe Judah.  He  was actually a closer relative to the kinsman Redeemer in the book of Ruth, named Boaz.  Still, the name “Caleb, and so the Spirit of what this name represents, are carried through, because of the impact of the Number’s 13 Caleb in the wilderness.

.   The boldness of that Caleb impacted the inheritance of Judah, in taking possession of the land of the very giants which had spooked, and consequently robbed faith from, the other 10 leaders (and their generation).  (Num.  13:28, 32-33; Josh. 14:6-14, 15:13-24).

Bethlehem Ephrathah of Judah – the region from where Elimelech and Naomi departed -had forgotten, had let go of, what this leader of Judah years before had laid as a cornerstone of faith in the Goodness of YHVH their God.

.   Because of this mislaid Grace, they fell from the blessing of that favor upon which Caleb had so boldly set his hope, only to be consequently subject to sin, revival, sin, revival – all through judges and judgments.

.   The land (where God’s people dwelt) had been reduced to only seeing God as a Judge, not as their life, not as their fruitful supply of the Bread of Heaven.

.   The atmosphere of the land of promise had come to be an atmosphere of little more than a ‘someday expectant judgment’.

.   The land of Praise, of Judah, was hardly offering any praise, because famine was more real than was YHVH ‘s Grace blessing of abundance.

.   Their “ability” to keep the Law was way more toilsome than their forefathers ever expected.  Backsliding was easier than the burden of Law keeping.  The consequential judgment / punishment of famine – the hunger – had driven the family of “My God is King” to feed in fields that ended up leading them to death.

.   Their perspective of God as King had been so terribly skewed.

.   This is still a present reality, Beloved Precious Saints, in too many of God’s children, and consequently,  in the eyes of the world.

.   They can’t see ‘God’ in truth because the Ekklesia Bride of Christ (at large) isn’t gazing at ‘God’s in truth through HIS sacrifice of His Only begotten Son in the fullness of what means the Finished Work of the Cross.  … in finishing, utterly & totally, our judgment.

.   Back to God’s story in Ruth.

.   Hope, in seemingly endless hopelessness, was restored, and beyond, in an abundance of truth, which ended up being exceedingly more than they could have even imagined.  Naomi, the widow of Elimelech &  grieving mother of her only two now dead sons, alone with her sons’ wives, heard good news from the place that was always to have been good news.

” … she heard, in the fields of Moab, that the LORD [YHVH} had visited His people in giving to them BREAD!”              Ruth 1:6

The kindness of God, especially in the midst of miscontrued ideas about Him, is so amazing to me.   His crazy amazing unconditional love that does not take into account a wrong suffered – against Him – all because of His awesome display in kindness towards us in the “marred more than any man” sacrifice of His only Begotten Son to the cross, is so exceedingly beyond our comprehension.  His great joy is to so abundantly give the Bread of Heaven.

.   I’m telling you, Beloved, with something that was stirred in my heart early on in this writing; the judgments so many are believing are going to happen, either in this land or especially upon middle eastern countries, are not going to happen!

.   Rather, Almighty Awesome God is going to pour out such unprecedented kindness, in part in causing them to hear that the LORD is visiting us with the True Bread of Heaven, in changing, nay, in correcting, how we have seen Him.

.   ‘God’, in the scriptures, especially from out of the Old Covenant, is going to unveil exceedingly more, I believe, the mystery of Christ from out of the Old Covenant (Rom. 3:21; Eph. 3:3-12), and a renewed, maybe even greater, revelation of God the Father’s “from eternity” plan and purpose to redeem us, that is, what means, such as we have never witnessed, the “it is finished” work of the cross.

.   We will see unprecedented numbers, possibly whole nations – especially of the seed of Abraham – come into the kindness, the exceeding lovingkindness / chesed, chanan, charis, Grace of our LORD, of our Saviour’s sacrifice in bearing the totality of each one’s wrath and judgement.

.   The desert of the Middle East will have many (it is a harvest already begun) come out and unto the fields of Bethlehem Ephrathah, as it were, to feed upon the abundance of the Bread of Heaven, where we’ve thought we’ve been in famine because of seeing ‘God’ wrongly.

.   I believe there are going to come out of the Middle East teachers and preachers of the Bread of Heaven to teach us and proclaim exactly the true image of “God” because of how abundantly the finished work of of the cross of Christ will have impacted their lives, unveiling to us what wholly means Jeremiah’s prophetic word, declared in Hebrews 8:11-12.

.   There is going to come about, in all of this, an unprecedented change in the church, in order to cause the Bride of Christ to glow, exceedingly, the glory of God, that is, the glory of her Resurrected Savior, her true and only Kinsman Redeemer.

.   It will be a glory, unveiling the costly beyond cost willing sacrificed Lamb of God Who sits presently, as a Man, as a Son of man, on that still feared judgment Seat called the Mercy Seat/Throne of God. (Rev. 5:6a)       all to show to the principalities & powers THROUGH THE CHURCH – which is the present Body of Christ on earth – the power of the glory of the finished work of Jesus’s cross in reflecting the EXACT image of ‘God’, exactly as did Jesus in the gospels.

The revelation of ‘God’ in the Glory of the Bride

.   In chapter 21 of Revelation, John, seeing alas the stunning Glory of the Bride of Christ as she is coming down out of heaven, having been hidden (with Christ) in God, he begins to describe the glory of her.  I believe there are some who are going to be shocked with something that her glory reveals, a glory that reflects her Groom, a glory that shines the majesty …  of ‘God’.

.   It is something by which Holy Spirit is intently, I believe, going to transform us, which will, in almost unbelievable truth, impact us so cazily that preachers will be shocked as to why they never saw this kind of Grace before, and will have realized then that they prayed & strived from the wrong mindset, from a mixture theology.

.   It will be a revelation of such awesome, powerful, transformative Grace IN the church what the Blood of Christ Jesus our Savior already accomplished that they never really saw before.  It will then impact the world exceedingly more than any revival we’ve ever studied or have been a part.

.  It is a paradigm shift robe that is going to so radically transform the bride of Christ, the church, into a glory we never imagined.

.   … and it is seen and understood by something that is NOT seen on her   …   because it is not even in her.

.   Keep in mind that this whole time she has been hidden IN ‘God’.  Her Glory is the transformation of having set her eyes to behold only her LORD.  Please let this statement sink into your ears,  Beloved!

.   Presently we keep putting on as clothing, we continually sink ourselves into, an “attire” that Holy Spirit wants to, I believe, utterly strip from off of us … because Jesus was utterly stripped by this when they nailed Him naked to the cross on Golgatha’s hill.

.   If you do not catch hold of this, Beloved, you will go on living in an anticipation and striving for an impartation from Jesus for something He’s not going to answer, because you’ll be wanting it very specifically in a way that comes out of the Old Covenant belief – a Book of Judges theology … a glory that actually always fades.  He’s just not going to dress us in this kind of glory ever again!

.   There is a shining/never diminishing/augmenting Glory into which He intends, and will accomplish, to clothe Jesus’s Bride.

In the book of Judges, which thus pours out in minute detail in the book of Ruth, the entire perception of the LORD their God is: “Judgment” … “Deliverer” …. “Judgment” …. “Deliverer” … “Judgement” … etc

.   This is, with all due respect, a vicious cycle, and truthfully, does not unveil God the Father.

.   This root thinking has never established bold hope, a confident expectation of Good, within the Bride of Christ at large, because always in the back of her mind is, (as it was in the the bridal Queen Esther), “the Law / potential Judgment! , from my Lord, the king.” (Esth. 4:10-11)

.   There is coming, through the Holy Spirit’s speaking, through the voice of the Blood of Jesus, a Mordecai correction (Esth.  4:14b) towards seeing & understanding correctly our Royal Grace choosing, which will remove from out of the Bride of King Jesus the fear of the Throne Room where justice is indeed decreed, but with all favor towards the love of the King’s heart.

.    It is actually going to remove from her believing concerning her LORD/Lord – the King of kings – an aspect that she will not only not believe anymore, she will be caused to forget it.  It is this that will open the door, literally, to the unprecedented harvest for which the church has been believing and praying for many years.

.   There is a detail in the Revelation of the Bride of Christ in all her Glory to which I think we’ve never paid attention.

.   We haven’t given heed to this because it’s a missing detail.  Yet there’s a distinct reason, and it is wrapped up in all that has been taught in this Kairos.

.   With all my heart, Beloved, please let this soak and seep deeply into your Spirit man.   Please don’t run with this to share it everywhere and miss Holy Spirit’s work of weaving this truth into the tapestry of who you are.  If you will let Him really seed this into your heart, the Glory, of God Himself in the face of Jesus, will cause the radiance of the exact image of ‘God’ to begin to shine through you.

.   The more and more of the church that can let this be woven into her, the greater the true Revelation of our Awesome God to be beheld by the world,  …  and the consequential melting away of every lie ever believed about ‘God’, our Father.

.   The foundation for this truth of Bridal Glory is prophesied by Jeremiah, and brought into New Covenant understanding twice in Hebrews.  Our Bold Hope is cornerstoned & foundationed here.  It is from this that we can understand and really see that Glory that never fades but augments, with which Holy Spirit is intent to clothe us.

And the Holy Spirit bears witness to us, …  For THIS is the Covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel after those days says the LORD … MERCIFUL will I be to their unrighteousnesses, and of the sins of them and of the lawlessnesses of them, IN NO WAYS, under NO circumstances, will I let Myself, make Myself, or give Myself to remember, to make mention, stilI.”

Excrpted from Heb. 10:15-17; Jer.  31:33-34; Heb. 8:10, 12.  (The trnsltn frm Grk. text is showing both the full definition of the double negative used, as well as a full denotation of the verb “to remember” in this pssg.  See also YLT trnsltn  of Jer. 31:34b.).

This is a radical, radical quote from the LORD, from the Holy Spirit of God.  The consequential immensity of the impact of this decree believed by the Bride of Christ globally is so beyond what anyone has ever imagined.

.   If this passage alone was grasped and held fast to in our believing, ALL … ALLALL finger pointing accusation would cease to exist from the heart and mouth of the Body of Christ (II Cor. 5:13-21), …

.   … and the world would be stunned and overcome by the intensity of God’s mercy and Grace glowing AND GUSHING from out of Jesus’s church, His Person on earth.  And they would flock to Him in droves with humbled hearts, and with a deep repentance for having falsely accused GOD for centuries for what He never was or did. (I am almost in tears because I see this in my heart).

.   So here is the revelation from out of the glory which Jesus spilled His blood to Grace-gift His Bride. … Are you ready?

and I saw the holy city New Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.   And I heard a loud voice from the Throne, saying, “Behold, the Tabernacle of God is among men. …        … and one of the seven angels … carried me away in the Spirit to a great & high mountain, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God, having the glory of God.  Her brilliance was like a very costly Stone, as a stone of crystal-clear jasper.  It had a great and high wall WITH TWELVE GATESand NAMES were WRITTEN ON THEM, which are those of the 12 tribes of the sons of Israel.”                        excrpt frm Revelation 21:2-12 (NASB)

The names of the 12 tribes of the sons of Israel given in the book of Revelation are listed in ch. 7:4b-8.  Here is the list of every tribe of the sons of Israel” (7:4b NASB)Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin.

.   Did you read through them carefully?

.   Which name of Jacob’s 12 sons, as seen from Genesis 29:32ff, is missing?

.   Look again at the list.

.   And who, specifically, is added here in the book of Revelation to take that missing name’s place?

.   The name missing  …  is  …  ‘Dan’, whose name means, ‘Judge’.   (see  Gen. 30:1-6).

.   And the name added in place of Dan is ‘Manasseh,’ whose name means, “causing to forget”,  (Gen.  41:51), which son, along with Ephraim, Israel adopted as his own son  (Gen. 48:14-16).

.   What does all this mean?

.   The having been hidden-in-God glorious Bride of Christ has been “caused to forget”, in beholding only her LORD, the aspect of ‘God’ as “Judge.”

.   Let this truth sink into your heart a  moment, Precious one.

   … Selah …

.   There is a revelation of Glory IN the bride of Christ that no longer sees, that has, by God’s Holy Spirit in her, caused her to forget the “Judge” aspect of God in a way that removes from her what has bound this world from the moment Adam ate from the tree of tree knowledge of good and evil, action by him has, since that day, caused man to run and hide from the only One Who could redeem him.

.   The glorious Bride of Christ – the Ekklesia – will be caused to forget this because this fear of judgment by a Righteous and Holy Judge, Who is God, was never a part of the Tree of Life.  It came to be manifest only because of the eating of the tree of the Knowledge of good and evil.  The Covenant of Law had to come to be so that sin could be shown to be utterly sinful, and so that we could come to see we desperately needed a Savior, a Redeemer Who could Grace-gift us that forfeited Glory.

.   And now that all this has been accomplished, Beloved, it is time to behold our Awesome God in bold hope and confidence of the Blood of Jesus, so that we can stand, as it were, naked and unashamed before Him, not only not afraid of judgement, but not even thinking about it, having been caused to forget it, … because of the testimony of the holes still in our Redeemer-Groom’s hands & side, …

.    …   which covenant holes piercing He will NEVER give up,

.   … and because God has already clothed her (us!) in the glory of this Kinsman Redeemer Who bore unashamedly our shame, our deserved judgment our eternal wrath, on a cross, before Jew AND Gentile on a hill … for ALL to see.

.   May Holy Spirit of our God, of our LORD Jesus, so transform us, unwittingly to us, in that glory that causes the Awesome Goodness of Who really is our God to shine out of us, that we glow, out who we are, out of our very speech, the Good News of the finished Work of the cross of Christ …

.     …   & that finger-pointing and accusation never again is named in us.

.   You are so loved, Beloved, whether you have believed into Jesus or not (yet).

kairos – (Kahee-ros’) – Strong’s concordance defines this word: “an occasion, I.e. set or proper  time.”  The Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible (NASB) defines this word; “season, time, but not merely as a succession of moments, which is chronos,” [from which we derive the English word ‘chronology’].  “Kairos, however, implies not the convenience of the season, but the necessity of the task at hand, whether the time provides a good, convenient opportunity or not.”  This must be understood.  Strategic times of the Lord do not necessarily imply good or convenient times.  We are in Kairos times.  Maybe not good or convenient times, but definitely strategic, opportune times because of the season we are in.  We must have “ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches,” (Rev. 2:29), so as to respond correctly to the Kairos time.
